Keysight InfiniiVision 2000 & 3000 X-Series offers the power of 4 instruments in 1: oscilloscope; logic analyzer; function generator; protocol analyzer. The models are fully upgradable (bandwidth, MSO, WaveGen, memory, measurement applications) to meet future requirements and protect investment.
Keysight N2140 and N2142A Passive Probes
The Keysight N2140 and N2142A are extremely low-cost passive probes that provide a switchable 10:1/1:1 attenuation and 75 MHz or 200 MHz bandwidth. They feature a high input resistance of 10 MΩ (switchable to 1 MΩ) to address a wide range of measurement needs with low probe loading. The probes can be adjusted for both low-frequency compensation and high-frequency compensation. For the best measurements, you should compensate your probes to match their characteristics to the oscilloscope. These probes are compatible with Keysight InfiniiVision Series oscilloscopes with 1 MΩ input.
