The Vishay 1N4001 to 1N4007 range of 1A rectifier diodes are designed for general purpose applications. They come in a plastic DO-204AL (DO-41) package with 25.4mm tin-plated leads.

What is it used for?
The 1N4001 to 1N4007 series are ideal for rectification of power supplies, inverters, converters and freewheeling diodes application. They are designed for general purpose applications so there are many possibilities.
